Job Description 

Gather, Analyse business requirements, design and implement RPA solutions and develop process workflows. 

Collaborate with experts and IT teams across the organization. Support in integration of robots for into more subsystems. Monitor the daily run in order to detect, communicate and fix issues on RPA processes. 

Develop AS-IS and TO-BE process flows. 

Work closely with the Technical Lead for understanding the functional and technical design. Develop and configure automation processes as per the technical design document (TDD) to meet the defined requirements. Develop new processes tasks objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand. Ensure quality of coded components by performing thorough unit testing. Work collaboratively with test teams during the Product test and UAT phases to fix assigned bugs with quality. Report status, issues and risks to tech leads on a regular basis. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional experience in programming (including scripting/coding), SQL, application development and 1 year experience in UIPath platform. Proficient in VB.NET and/or C#, with a good understanding of object-oriented programming. Good design, coding, testing and debugging skills. Strong technical (system analysis and design) and troubleshooting skills is a must. Able to write high-quality code & is strong in technical documentation. Understanding of SQL queries and stored procedures. Experience with Process Analysis, Design, coding and Implementation, Business and Technical requirements, Problem-Solving, System(s) Testing, including UAT, debugging and Bug fixes. Strong capability in error-handling, optimization and process risk management. Good understanding of ICR / OCR, AI, machine learning and NLP is advantageous. Prior knowledge on VBA and macros would be an added advantage. Certifications in UIPath or other RPA tools are advantages.
